"LARD Ingra BROZZI" has different uses: from baking to the realization of confectionery products (ice cream, biscuits, bakery products), to cosmetics and animal feed. The flours with high protein content are for the European market of the pet-food.

The LARD "Ingra BROZZI" is a refined lard made from selected raw materials subjected to the process of casting and refining. Odorless, and completely no acid it makes the mass of gluten crumbly, it increases the volume of the dough slowing the loss of moisture and it imparts flavor and aroma to baked goods.
